An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented sales manager who has the passion to drive the trade sales of our comprehensive collection of furniture and home interiors accessories

You will be a professionally and commercially astute sales manager with a wealth of experience in the Interiors or gift industries selling to large nationwide retailers and also independents. With strong personal sales skills and ready to join the business bringing with you leadership and dynamism.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Steering the current trade sales team

  • Seeking new business opportunities and exposure of the brand

  • Ensuring excellent standards of customer service in our trade showroom and on the telephone

  • Delivering training to new and existing members of the sales team

  • Ensuring visual standards are maintained to the highest standard in the trade show room

  • Providing the Directors with weekly reports detailing local competitive analysis, staff and sales performance

  • Communicating financial and commercial information to the team to ensure targets are exceeded 

 

Trade Sales – Furniture & Interior Furnishings

We are expanding our trade sales team and seek enthusiastic, experienced and talented sales associates to serve our extensive network of trade stockists and seek to grow the business through identifying new opportunities.

Sales Consultant/Interior Designer – Full time
Location: India Jane London Stores

India Jane is a British interiors business offering an extensive collection of classic and timeless furniture, lighting and home accessories through a network of six stores.

Our clients include retail and trade including India Jane shops around the UK. We have a large showroom in London and exhibit annually at the industry leading UK trade fairs.

We have exciting plans for growth and in order to achieve our goals we are looking for exceptionally talented individuals to join the team at our Kensington showroom as a Sales Consultant/Interior Designer. The main objective of this position is to maximise sales via excellent in-store service and our interior design service.

Salary: Competitive 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promoting and offering our interior design service to clients

  • Maximising sales in the showroom through the design service

  • Serving clients in the showroom and maintaining showroom visual standards

  • Arranging site visits with clients to measure up and offer design advice

  • Creating inspirational 2D and 3D drawings of interior designs for client projects

  • Project managing each design project from conception to installation

  • Overseeing the billing at all stages of the project

  • Effectively liaising with third party suppliers

  • Arranging post-installation photoshoots and updating the India Jane design portfolio

  • Meeting sales, design and service goals and targets


The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience and display a portfolio delivering projects to fruition in either the residential or contract sectors, a relevant design degree, will be proficient with 3D design software (Sketchup / AutoCAD), will have a collaborative approach to working with team members and have the ability to inspire trust in clients.

Location: Bath, Marlow and all London Stores

 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced, talented and professional Sales Assistants who have a passion for interiors, to deliver retail excellence in our London stores. 

Reporting to the Store Managers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service whilst at the forefront of representing a well-known interiors brand.

  • Maintaining the shop floor to sufficient standards including replenishing stock, accepting deliveries, cleaning and pricing

  • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment 

 

Assistant Store Manager

Location: 92 Kensington High Street

Salary: Commensurate with experience

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager at our largest store located at 130 Kensington High Street.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a professionally and commercially astute Assistant Store Manager with a wealth of experience in assisting with the training, managing and development of a team.
