The sculptural La Boussole dining table features a 'Parquetry' top, a pattern of which is inspired by the points on a compass - 'Boussole'.
The top is supported by a hand painted circular base, with the pedestal taking the form of a classical urn. Juxtaposition of highly polished chrome plate and rustic reclaimed wood make this range an individual and striking addition to any interior. Multi-toned reclaimed wood give each piece a true sense of individuality.
The reclaimed wood we use is sourced from various Vernacular, industrial and agricultural buildings. No new trees are cut down for items made from reclaimed wood. The furniture ranges we produce where reclaimed wood is used will often vary in appearance and texture. No two pieces are ever the same. The grain of the wood is left exposed to add to the aesthetic qualities of this piece. It would detract from the appearance if varnish or seal were added to the wood, so we recommend that you treat it with care and avoid any exposure to liquid by using coasters and placemats where necessary.
