Store Manager: Guildford

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and talented Store manager to lead our store in Guildford, Surrey.

You will have a knowledge and passion for selling interior products and the ability and drive to motivate the broader sales team in order to deliver a unique customer experience, meeting and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a full knowledge of our brand ethos and collections
  • Identifying sales opportunities to introduce complimentary products
  • Supporting the daily running of the store and team
  • Setting sales targets and ensuring they are met and exceeded by the team
  • Ensuring excellent standards of customer service

Key requirements for the position include:

  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Sales focused, hard working with a hands on approach
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Motivated, well-spoken with excellent communicational skills
  • A desire to provide excellent customer service and be able to build long-lasting relationships with customers, local and new
  • Able to motivate, train & help build a team Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Have a keen understanding and enthusiasm for interiors
