Assistant Manager: Guildford

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and talented Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager on delivering results motivate the team and offer an exceptional customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a full knowledge of our brand ethos and collections
  • Identifying sales opportunities to introduce complimentary products
  • Supporting the store manager and team
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets as set by the line manager
  • Ensuring excellent standards of customer service
  • Maintaining the showroom to agreed standards including assisting with stock replenishment, labelling and cleaning

Key requirements for the position include:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Sales focused, hard working with a hands on approach
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Motivated, well-spoken with excellent communicational skills
  • A desire to provide excellent customer service and be able to build long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Able to motivate, train & help build a team Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Have a keen understanding and enthusiasm for interiors
